I know Walgreens, after having spent some 7 years in the USA.
 
 Besides, I "am" a senior citizen and haven`t used a cheque since
the late 80-ies. The only exception being the Boy Scouts of America
refunding me my expenses via a cheque ... and then getting it cashed ... Oh
dear, they even fingerprinted me ... hilarious.
 
 I never understood how that system in the USA did not collapse
because the processing involved so much manual labour. It was so expensive.
