It could be broken in my response, because I`ve converted it to KOI8-R. :)

To make it correct - you need to have XLatExport set correctly.

Do two things:
1) check what CHRS kludge is set for that message (press K in message reader).
 2) Press I and it will show you hexdump of the message. Then you
may check if actual bytes are correct.
