Well it helped! I switched to the $TERM=putty-256color settings we
discussed before, and now all is well!
VA> It may be lost in so many layers you use... I`d suggest to check if

Is is `xterm` in my local konsole, and was `linux` but now
`putty-256color` in my putty terminal.
