Learning to research your own questions is a skill many sysops don`t seem to 
have anymore.

Fun fact: I was the one who asked Alexander all those years ago to put SBBS 
support in GoldEd when I was tinkering with Synchronet/2.  He did a great job 
putting basic support in.
