 Oops! You`ve caught me in the process of adding and testing new
code, which could be incorrect... ;)

 My code lacked proper INO4 flag support, and I am still fixing
remaining bugs. Please check the "History" button to see the test results -
sometimes IPv6 only node is simply a misconfigured node that has lost IPv4
access.
