 this is not possible on a 64bit kernel now, if you need 32bit
support you will now need a older kernel that still can emulate the 32bit
api in a 64bit kernel

gcc is not arch specifik, so if it compiles it self it works :)

a raspberry pi is faster and use less power, unless one need heating aswell :)
