Yeah, I remember Ned saying that.  :D   At the time, I assumed it was in
reference to the crowd that Denny`s draws when they are open later in the
evening.

I can remember times when I was in college where the only two places where
the dining rooms were still open real late were Denny`s and White Castle.  The
folks you`d run into that late were quite a bit "different" than the daytime
"family" crowds.  IIRC, there may have been some Denny`s locations there
that were open 24 hours back then.
