 I was going to mention that a day ago, or so, but I decided it
would probably be easier to learn the MSXML library than follow all those
API calls. Likewise for reading the file in binary chunks (6-8 MB), to
parse out the tags as needed.

 However, here is a link to Karl`s method, I did not see memory
mapped methods during a quick (TOC) scan on Randy`s site.
