 Ukraine is at war and as a result there is the /technical/ problem
that there is no functional *C stucture. RC46 is not functioning either.

 If you have a look at the nodelist, you can see that RC56, Ulrich
Schroeter also takes the NC position for nets that can not find an NC for
themselves. So that could solve your NC problem too.
