How did you verify they are open? Because:

 If you use the same host name, there is your problem: It doesn`t
exist anymore...

 You can also dump node 1:124/5009 from the nodelist. And you need
to fix your AKA`s in your binkd config or remove node 5015 from the
nodelist.
