 It is likely that the node number in the PKT does not match one
of your feed connections. Some tosser/packers can use a different node
aka when packing mail depending on the remote node`s configuration. 

 If you could post some of the pertinent log messages from mutil,
that can help us track the error down if this suggestion does not help
you locate it.
