Yes.

What ever you want. ;-)

 On my system I let uncompressed pkt files, received in my unsecure
inbound, be processed automatically. Everything else I get a warning for, so
I can inspect it before anything is done with it.

 Mystic has a buildin tosser, afaik, you just have to configure it
to do what you want. ;-)

 You don`t have to forward mail in unsecure pkt files (if you are
not a host). Crashmail is supposed to only contain mail for the
receiving system. (So you or your points or users)
