 I saw the issue around the EVY-flag in R50 was solved and
subsequently I retired the flag from usage.

Here`s another request, there are 11 EMA-flags in the R50.

 I strongly fear this is somewhat the same thing. That EMA-flag is
a thing from over 20 years ago while we were still exploring other
mechanisms to contact another node, but it never led anywhere.

 Do you think you could intervene with the concerned sysops and have
them switch to some other kind of more viable annotation?
