Indeed. How much more dead wood in R46?

 I know it is difficult in a country that is at war, but three
years to remove a dead net? Perhaps it is time to replace the RC?

 I supspect there is a lot of dead wood in R46 and it isn`t just
the war. R46 was already suspiciously fractured before the war started.
