 I read this in the z2pnt title when I wrote
https://brorabbit.g0x.ru/files/perl/npk.zip (pnt list maker). Then I just copied all the checks to
https://brorabbit.g0x.ru/files/perl/nlerr.pl, which checks the nodelist.
I suppose this is Ward`s decision made on 06/02/2009.
