 From a technical point of view, it`s a very bad idea - the
Russian internet is heavily filtered, with new restrictions being added
almost daily. So IP connectivity between Russia and Moldova will just keep
getting worse and worse.

 So the idea of having a network in a Region that won`t even be
able to connect to nodes in that same region sounds completely crazy to
me.
