 This isn`t a solution at all. These are the wishes of the 469
network sysops. Of course, they can be moved to any region other than the
one they want without asking, but that would be a political decision,
since technically they don`t need to leave R46, and any region would be
no better.

 I don`t think it`s possible to dictate to Ward how to properly
