What phone calls? There is no functioning POTS node left in net469.

 The official language of Moldova is Romenian. Moldova is a candidate
member of the EU and last year the majority of the people of Moldova
voted pro EU. So this Russian speaking sysop of yours is not a typical
Moldovan citizen. If he is not happy with the democratic choices of the
Moldovan people he has the choice to pack his bags and nove to Russia.

1) On the order of the occupation force.

2) Telephone calls are largely irrelevant in the age of Fido over IP.

 Crimea may be occupied territory, according to international law it
is part of Ukraine. That is not negotaible.
