The nodes of Stephen_Hurd in net 103 are updated.
Node 1 had an INA flag added:

Node 13 is no longer Pvt:

Node 17 had the ITN flag removed

Only issue remaining in net 103 is with the host:

 Node 2:221/360 has got the IVM flag added. There is a TCP/IP
