 I first noticed he was flagged as "gained IPv6" in
https://nodelist.fidonet.cc/analytics/ipv6-weekly-news

 As for some reason he was not in my IPv6 list, I flagged him as
a "new one". I did indeed check his reachability but not until after
it was pointed out that he was listed as Down.
