 If the nodelist police are going to keep issuing citations for
improper nodelist flags, then they ought to have a proper coordinator title.

 We`ve got Z1C, R16C, NCs, NECs, RECs, ZECs, and enough coordinators
to coordinate the coordinators. The logical next step is obviously NLC:
Nodelist Coordinator.

 That way when somebody gets a sternly-worded nodelist-police`s
echomail demanding they fucked up the nodelist flags after twenty years, we
can all say:
"Sorry, that`s above my pay grade. You`ll have to take it up with the NLC."

 As for the alleged Dutch twats, perhaps they should form a special
subcommittee: DNLC - Dutch Nodelist Compliance.

Their motto could be: "Wooden shoes, wooden heads, wooden node numbers."
