 Ummm... not always and again much documentation and even YouTubes
are woefully out of date. 

 When I set up my first personal mailer the documentation was
arguably better, and that was in the 1980`s.

 DC> Two that I know of offhand are WinPoint and OpenXP.

Wondering if some of the BBS packages also fuction well in a Point use case?
