Well, ya.  Only a very small percentage of the country (area-wise) votes
Democrat.  Those are primarily the cities and if we reduce them to 1 vote, the
Dems are done.

Here in Michigan we`ve had a long standing gripe that basically Detroit,
Lansing and Grand Rapids decide for the whole state.  That doesn`t seem fair.
