 Property values for tax purposes are done at the country level,
they have their way to assess value. BTW, Florida can`t increase your
taxes more than 3% a year... So the old lady living next next to you,
who has owned her house for 50 years might be paying only $500 a year
in property tax where as you are paying $2,000 a year. If she sells
her house the new owner will be paying the new and improved taxes.

 Everyday in Real Estate you have people saying their property is
worth X and the buyer says Y and they meet somewhere in between... Or
for heaven`s sake... during a seller`s market they might agree to a
price higher than the asking price.

 Banks almost always represent themselves in any transaction. They`ll
get an appraisal and negotiate from their own perspective. The rate the
bank charges will, usually, be based on the person willingness to repay
the loan... So Trump might get one rate where as you might get an
other.

 BTW, I heard Trump berried his Ex-Wife, the mother of his 3 oldest
children, at his golf course in New Jersey... Around the first hole.... I
heard that in doing so there may be some tax formability... like no
property taxes... and because he did this the county/state cannot foreclose...
This is what I heard...

 Every day and every where in the world real estate transaction are
settle where the seller says price X buyer feels it`s Y and they settle
on price Z and the bank will lend the money to the buyer/developer
based on their own assessment and they`ll offer a rate to that
buyer/developer based on their credit worthiness.

 It`s all a scam and after non-partisan courts review this it`ll be
overturned. Mainly because if this is the new way of doing business in NY
nobody with money would want to take their money there.

In fact Trump should pull all his money out of NY, the ungrateful asses.
