 What I explained is Florida`s take on property taxes. BTW, I heard
that Trump used his Homestead Exemption in Florida... I heard it on the
news... I don`t know personally... BUT it made sense... Florida`s Homestead
exemption allows you to receive lower property taxes on your primary
residence... If you are a snowbird and you have a property up north and one
in Florida you cannot claim the one up north as a primary residence
as well.

 BTW, properties that are homesteaded in Florida exempt from
bankruptcy and other forms of financial seizures... IRS or otherwise. Now if
Trump used Mar A Lago to secure a loan... That`s an other story... BUT
if it wasn`t used to secure a loan NY won`t get his Homesteaded
property any time soon.

 Banks use their own appraisers and their own methods... A lot is
subjective as well. Subjective part is that Trump is worth Billions and he`s
been in the bank during prior visits borrowed 100s of millions of
dollars and paid those loans off.... It`s the totality of all that gets
you a loan.

 Recall the NY case the banks said they loved doing business with
Trump because he always paid back his loans and that Trump also stated
on all his documents that the banks should use their own appraisers to
make their own estimates on the property values... Like its done every
day all over the world.

 My thoughts exactly... I heard this from some left wing news
source... I don`t know if Trump will push the envelope on this. This was
the mother of his 3 oldest kids... He`s more than likely just paying
her respect...

We`ll see how this unfolds.

 Yup... I think the Democrats will only stop if they feel the
pain... All large business should leave New York... Recently they opened up
a stock exchange in Texas... All these financial firms should move
their HOs there... They`ll save a Sh!t load of money in taxes alone,
never mind a reduction in regulations.
