 Can you explain yourself a little. They never said total immunity...
They said if he was acting within his capacity as a president he was,
and asking about a rigged election is within his (Trump`s) capacity.
This ruling is for "All" presidents and not just Trump.

 Here`s an example you might understand... Back in the day Obama and
Biden sent drones into the Middle East to kill, that was the purpose of
sending the drones... To kill some Americans that the Obama administration
deemed where terrorists. This may be TRUE... BUT the US constitution
clearly talks about due process and Obama and Biden did not award any of
these Americans their constitutional due process. By all accounts these
Americans were murdered and their rights not awarded to them.

 Why weren`t Obama and Biden held to account for murder? Well they
had immunity. Obama claims he sis what he did because of the safety of
the US and he was acting in the capacity of his presidency and the
constitution.

 I might have handled things differently... extradited them and held
them to account with all their rights awarded to them by the
constitution... BUT Obama and Biden get a Mulligan.

 During the same administration... Biden went to Ukraine and he said
that if the prosecutor doesn`t stop investigating Burisma, the company
that was paying his son a sh!t load of money where he had no
experience get that kinda money.... Joe might not be working within the
constitution and his capacity as VP.

BTW, they fired the prosecutor and Joe gave the Billion dollars shorty after.

 This ruling said that you were to assume immunity, but if there is
evidence of corruption, as this clearly was, the lower courts were to have
an evidentiary hearing to explore the facts and determine immunity based
off that.

 There was no "Total" Immunity and the courts said, clearly in my
mind, that there was a separation between powers. You just can`t go after
a political opponent, the executive branch, with lawfare, the judicial
branch.

 This is the first time since 1776 that a president has used the
federal government to go after an opponent.

 Joe Biden had a news conference after Trump said he was going to
run for a second term... Biden said during this conference that he was
going to do everything within his power to make sure Trump doesn`t get
elected.... and the Lawfare started!!!

 Note Joe didn`t say he would debate Trump and vigorously defend his
policies... He went after Trump with the DOJ.

 It took the corruption of the current administration for the Supreme
Court to remind them of what was written in the Constitution.
