 The problem is that it`s the committee chairman`s job to find
candidates. He has a job to do, and it`s unacceptable for him to say "I
couldn`t find
candidates."

 When I worked at the gas station, my boss tasked me with selling
paper shamrocks for st jude`s hospital. "I couldn`t sell any" was not an
acceptable answer.

 I know people who are more qualified than me who could have ran
for these vacancies. I even gave Benji a referral to a friend of mine
who is a retired town justice, but he never replied to my email
(instead he put me on his mass-email list, like a jerk.)
