Section 230 is needed, I believe.

If they are protected under Section 230, then they are a platform and cannot be
held responsible for the content the others produce because they are "unable"
to police such a large amount of content.

However, once they prove that they **can** police their content, then the
protections under Section 230 are gone.

The problem has always been that places like Facebook want it both ways: They
want the protections under Section 230 so they don`t get sued by their users
for other user`s bad posts, and they want to censor content that they don`t
like (i.e. policing their content).  They can`t have it both ways, but the
Biden Regime allowed it.

Pam should
1. Investigate and punish those gov`t officals pushing Facebook to censor -
that is a clear violation of the First Amendment.
2. Tell Facebook that the rules have changed and they have a choice: Be a
platform or be a publisher.  They need to make a choice and stick to it.
