 Things are going very badly in the US very quickly and in places
where you would not expect it.

Florida is emptying out quickly!

 They are not leaving because there is a governor who is as crazy
as Trump, but it is all much more banal.

They are leaving because life in Florida has become much too expensive.

 Construction was going on very hard and good prices were paid...
until it was over. Many investors and homeowners are now stuck with
unsellable houses or they have to accept a 20% or more drop in house prices.

 However, it is not only the top of the housing market that is
doing badly now. The departure of more and more migrants and workers from
Central America is also causing the bottom of the market to empty out.

 With the departure of these foreign workers, local companies are
also losing turnover. The local economy is therefore also getting a
double hit. The workers are leaving and with them some of the consumers.

 But this summer there will also be far fewer tourists. The
Canadians, for example, will no longer be coming in 2025. That much is clear.
They were an important target group for Florida, but also for Las Vegas
and the nature parks in the US.

 All this is barely reflected in the figures. After all, the figures
are lagging behind and summer has yet to come.
