place until at least the end of July. The appeal will take place on
July 31. The current ruling did not include an explanation, and it is
also unclear which judge(s) made the decision, as the decision was not
signed. Do judges no longer dare to speak out openly? Has fascism in the
US already been so successful that judges are hiding?
