No he doesn`t.  But he has no self-awareness.

People like Brent put people into categories based on immutable characteristics
like skin color, religion, sex.  Then they assume that the people in those
categories all think alike.

Normal people put people in categories based on their words and actions because
through those words and actions, people have put themselves into those
categories.

Martin Luther King expressed his vision for a future where individuals are
judged "by the content of their character" rather than "the color of their
skin".

People like Brent can`t see that vision.  But, then, people like Brent, through
their words and actions, have demonstrated that they are the racists of today.
