 The cars themselves are not nor intended to be made my illegal
immigrants. The workers brought over were supervising the construction of the
plant, and the installation and training on the assembly line tooling and
manufacture procedures for the companies spec.

 Does not excuse the visa issues, as that is the responsibility of
the parent company.

 I worked in Korea for 13.5 years. The US company that employeed me
were very meticulous regarding the original paperwork, the renewal
paperwork which at best occured once a year, at worst every 4 to 6 months.
Depending on funding availibility at the time of renewal. There were ALWAYS
contingency plans in plan during delays (IE: If we do not have the paperwork
approved ready to be taken to immigration by xxx. You will be leaving the
country until such time as they are approved..).. Any lapse in our VISAs
(OVERSTAYS), could have resulted in fines, deportation (jailed until we were
deported), and an entry ban. 

 Even with a valid visa, any negative involvement with the Korean
legal system, immigration was waiting in the wings to begin deportation
investigations, even if the charges were dismissed or dropped.

 This is the reason I have no sympathy in this matter, any protests
is the pot calling the kettle black.
