Interesting.  Ours are held on Election Day and have always been, unless
there`s a special event (i.e. some people on the board quit unexpectedly after
getting served).

Ya, that`s something we need to fix across the board.

Career politicians are bad.  But no one who wants to be a representative is
also bad.
