 That`s a realistic analogy. Not all humans evolved the same way. As
strange as it may sound, there are people who seem to have survived
hundreds of generations with caveman mentality. They don`t think for
themselves, they are impulsive, and they think that they should have what
others have just because they can see what we have.

 We need physical division representative to our political division;
we need the free thinkers to band together in the southeastern states
to do the farmwork, and the hunter-gatherers to band together in the
northern states to hunt all the wild animals to extinction.
