But Chuck has nothing to offer anymore.  No political pull.  No income other
than what he steals from the taxpayers.

Chuck`s constituents are even more radical left and don`t want him either. 
And, really, in about 5 years, his district will be gone anyway.  No people
means they don`t need a representative.
