No they couldn`t pass a law since such a law would have violated the 10th
Amendment and would have been struck down.

Roe vs. Wade was incorrect in the first place and that`s how they got it
overturned.

The Left doesn`t attack head on.  They attack at the edges where people don`t
pay attention or care as much.  Then they use a win there to push more and more
toward the center.  Look at the whole Gun Control stuff that`s been going on
for decades.

I have a feeling that the Supremes will rule on birthright citizenship to
disallow "anchor babies".  I am more concerned about the DACA people.
