It`s not ridiculous, it`s just infuriating.

 Think of all the infrastructure involved with distributing food
stamps. It`s not worth the trouble. If people can`t afford food, then we
need to lower taxes and lower food prices. But instead, we`re doing the
opposite by running the food stamp program.
