 Costa Rica elected Laura Fernandez for president. She`s a
"conservative populist" (whatever that means.)

 She`s Catholic, Marco Rubio likes her, she is a Bukele supporter,
and she said that she "plans to build a maximum security prison similar
to CECOT."

 Rubio expects her to help combat narco-trafficking and illegal
immigration to the USA.

 Sounds pretty good! And didn`t Kilmar Abrego say that he wanted to
go to a Costa Rican prison? Things are looking up for everyone ;)
