Some are.  But mostly it`s because the Elitists want the numbers.

If you have a population of 100,000 and 150,000 votes are cast, that`s proof of
election fraud.

But if you have a population of 100,000 and 50,000 of those are illegal aliens,
then the Elitists can create 50,000 fake votes without raising a red flag.

IHMO: ICE agents at the polls are useless because illegals don`t vote in
person.  Someone votes for them via mail.
