icing you out because of your skin
color. What you`ve actually championed
is removin a program that is also used
to ensure that veterans and women and
the disabld aren`t iced out of
employment, not just for hiring [insert
ethnic group yo don`t like here].

a concrete way in which DEI policies of
the government and private companies
have improved your day to day.
