 The US has attacked targets in southern Iran. Meanwhile, Israel has
revived and intensified its offensive in Lebanon. Peace still seems a long
way off. Oddly enough, oil prices are now back below 100 dollars per
barrel. The market continues to hope for peace.

 Proposals for peace with Iran have leaked. If this is what the US
went to Iran with, it amounts to a US capitulation. That is what the
Republicans already think of it! Trump is already calling them traitors. MAGA
is starting to show signs of aging after all.
