 They need to be serialized, traceable to who the selections made on
the ballot, and under video surveillance.

 Joe has a good point about "I don`t want people to know who I
voted for," but the problem is that if there is a fraud concern,
officials ought to be able to identify every single voter to verify
eligibility, at least.

 That sound good to me. "BALLOT ACCEPTED" printed on a screen isn`t
enough verification that "YOUR COUNTRY WILL BE SAFE."
