I`m reading about it now. IMO these are our strengths:

The Federal Oversight Body certifies voting equipment testing labs

and

The Civil Rights Act protects against voter intimidation and suppression

 The rest of it seems like crap. There`s no other useful oversight
(that I`ve discovered.) But these 2 are good tools. I should have sued
when they didn`t let me have a real ballot one year and when they
blocked roads with construction another year. That`s discrimination of some
sort.

The blue states must have systems in place to literally silence the rural towns.
