Which just means that the labs can show that they can test the machines.  Not
that the labs actually do their job.

That`s a high bar to clear, though.

In Michigan, the majority of the fraud occurs in the big cities where they have
150% voter turn out.
Medium cities (large enough to have voting machines) have their votes
mysteriously changed.
Small towns are simply overwhelmed by the fraud in other places.

That`s why I like the idea of an Electoral College-like set up.  Then Detroit,
for example, can`t override all of rural Michigan.
