I read over your response.... 

Trump always seems to find a way around the machine.

 I think Trump is onto something by having the USPS make regulations
on Election ballots. He`s saying things like a State must reconcile
their voter rolls with the Governments database... No illegals, no dead
people and no people that have moved from the State.

 AND if you mail a ballot it must be in a special envelope that
people can track its whereabouts and origins.

Makes sense to me...  

 Can you imagine if the USPS said NO BALLOTS will be carried by
USPS if they do meet some minimum requirement.

Gavin couldn`t do a thing about it.

 I think California is toast. It looks like they may have found a
way to not listen to the voters.

 Hopefully they can cast a light on California over the months to
come...It takes weeks and months to count ballots because they need to know
how many ballots they need to manufacture.
