This is so odd...

 I was going to write something earlier but I held off, I wanted
to hear the arguments before I sounded off.

 A self defense seemed a little far fetched... There are a few
reasons why I felt this way.

 1) You can`t take a weapon on to school property... Florida, like
Texas, if you have a gun in the car you can`t even drive in to get
your kid... Never mind put one in a book bag and go to a sporting
event.

 2) And this is important... You can`t claim Self Defense if you
started the altercation. Karmelo was asked to leave and he chose not to
and was the aggressor of the whole interaction, as all the prosecution
witnesses said and as well as 1 of the defense witnesses said as well.

 3) The threat you`re experiencing must a reasonably justified... Like
you feared for your life... A reasonable person would agree...

 This is important... Lets say you`re in your car and someone hops
out of their car and starts baning on your window aggressively you
cannot shoot them through the window... NOW... if that person breaches you
car window and tries to grab you... you can shoot... In Texas you can
probably empty you magazine.

 If someone is committing a crime... robbery or rape or... you get
the idea... The perpetrator moves to the front of the line for getting
shot.

 Something is up... Karmelo`s parents should have asked for a plea
deal... He has no defense and usually if it goes top trial and he`s found
guilty his punishment is stiffer...

 Their lawyers should have spoke up for a plea deal... There was NO
defense given... After the prosecutors rested the judge asked what did they
want to do and they responded with "We Don`t Know"...

 He`s facing up to 99 years. Their plan must be to appeal and get
a judge and jury that are willing to overlook the law.

 They keep talking about race... They say that there are no blacks
on the jury... but the 3 blacks that were questioned disqualified
themselves... They said that they didn`t think they could be impartial for the
case. HELLO McFly!!

 I think he`ll be found guilty, closing arguments tomorrow... and
we`ll have riots and cities burning again... Like the Sumer of Love in
2020. This is an election year and the Democrats are running out of ways
cast fear and devision in the country.
