Yup.  And the states can set their own election laws.  BUT the feds can set
rules about Federal elections that the states must meet.

The Left is freaking out.  To meet the federal election rules, they have to
admit that they can actually count the ballots quickly, etc.  If the feds
detect fraud, they can declare the federal elections null and void and not seat
their senators/representatives.
