 It should never come down to that. If it does, then I`d say that
the AI developer is liable.

 Guns can kill, but they can also save people. We can`t get away
with it if we shoot the bad guy and the bullet exits his flesh and
kills the person standing behind him.

 It`s another word that was reborn in the media. It used to mean
the metal structure along the road, but now it can mean anything from
"don`t let China design weapons" to "let anyone but the USA design
weapons."
