He`s starting work late.  My first job was at 13.  When I got a driver`s
license, I was able to get a better job.

Funny little story:  Some years ago, I was let go from a job I had been at for
20 years.  When they told me, they asked how I felt about it.  I said "A little
strange.  I`ve never been without a job for over 40 years."

Which is the point of minimum wage: Make starting workers too expensive, so
