for their mistake.

We don`t need a regulations that says "Don`t check your gas level with a lit

Let stupid people do stupid things and make them take responsibility for it. 
Problem goes away without gov`t regulation.

U.S. Constitution.  10th Amendment.  "...any powers not delegated to the
federal government by the Constitution, nor prohibited to the states, are
reserved to the states respectively, or to the people."

It`s not up to ME to show that I`m right.  It`s up to you to show where in the
Constitition that the gov`t HAS the authority.

Too many people do not understand that the Constitution does NOT grant us
rights.  We, the People, have all the rights.  The Constitution grants the
gov`t authority.  If it`s not spelled out in the Constitution that the gov`t
has the power, they do not have it.
